Creating and Managing Your Account

How do I register for an account online?

Signing up for an account online is available to US and Canada customers only. Please use the Log In link at the top right of the website and enter your contact information to register for an online account. You will have immediate access to our catalog and your account will be created. You can place credit card orders online anytime using MasterCard®, American Express® or Visa®. To place an order for the first time via purchase order, please call the BI-USA Customer Service team at 1-860-316-2702.

How do I change my contact information?

Go to the Account page to change your contact information.

Can I make changes to an existing billing and shipping address?

You can manage your billing and shipping addresses through the Account link. Then by editing your Address Book you will have access to all your default shipping and billing information.

I forgot my password, what now?

Use the Forgot Your Password? link to obtain a new password. A link to create a new password will be emailed to you. This link will expire in 24hrs. Should the link expire before you create a new password, simply use the reset password link again.

Placing Your Order

How can I place an order online?

Visit the product catalog and enter the number of quantity you would like to order next to the product of interest. By clicking Add to Cart, items are placed in the cart, quantities can be updated, deleted, and new items can be added. You can also add promotional codes, add your own FedEx account number, or a purchase order number during the checkout process.

How can I view product prices?

List prices are available through the BI-USA online catalog. If you have an approved Purchasing Account and your account is set, you will see your institutions pricing at login. To inquire about Account Specific pricing, please contact your local Account Manager.

What forms of payment are accepted?

MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted online and purchase orders are accepted where institutions have been pre-approved to purchase via PO.

How do I complete my order?

To complete your order, select the method of payment, the shipping address, and confirm the order. After the order is submitted, a link to a printable confirmation page is displayed that includes your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation with this information.
